Everything was excellent with large and well laid out rooms. Units for access to restaurants. Good and unbeatable location to La Place. Near to restaurants and cafés. Very very good stay for my business trip, no complains at all: D

Located in the heart of the commercial district, this hotel is a perfect base for exploring the city. The area is lively, with plenty of cafes and shops to explore, and it's just a short stroll to the train station. The rooms are cozy and comfortable with a clean en-suite bathroom and modern facilities. The professional and friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, including a delicious breakfast buffet. The hotel's spa pool area was a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

Some guests experienced noise in the lounge area.

Nicely renovated room with comfortable beds and clean bathroom. We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and modern design. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center and the train station. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options. we had a great stay at Best Western Crystal, Hotel & Spa. I would recommend it to others.

The staff at Best Western Plus Crystal, Hotel & Spa were incredibly accommodating. They went out of their way to allow us an early check-in when our plans changed. The location of the hotel was also great, situated between Place Stan and the train station. Despite not having breakfast included, the comfort in the room and the friendly, helpful staff made our stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The breakfast here was fine, with fresh food. The room was clean and quiet, and the bed was super comfy. This place has a stylish vibe, and I would totally come back here 🌟.

The parking situation, although I could rent a garage, the whole procedure was very unpleasant.
